Twenty years after introducing its blockbuster Touche Eclat Radiant Touch, Yves Saint Laurent is introducing a related foundation, called Le Teint Touche Eclat, starting in June.

The challenge was to “find the light of Touche Eclat in a foundation,” explained Stephan Bezy, international general manager of Yves Saint Laurent Beauté at L’Oréal. “It’s really linked to a technological innovation.”

Instead of just glancing at this, read it - you’ll notice that in several places it says to use LIGHT colored eyeliner (even though they show it as a black line!!)

Light colors bring features out, where as dark colors make features recede (think of highlighting & contouring!)

Completely lining your eyes with black liner (your waterlines and upper lashline) will make your eyes look much SMALLER and narrower than they actually are.  :)
